Skies remain mostly cloudy overnight with a few flurries or passing drizzle. Temperatures will fall into the upper 20s. Cloudy skies are welcoming us for our Monday with light northwest winds around 5 to 10 mph. Temperatures will climb into the mid 30s. A few flurries are possible Tuesday with cooler temperatures in the upper 20s. On Wednesday and Thursday, we can expect Mostly cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 20s to near 30. A weak disturbance might bring some light snow showers are we head into next weekend with temperatures once again climbing into the mid 30s. With it being such a mild January, some are wondering where the cold air is and if we will ever see it. Well there is some good news for those of you looking for it. Signs are signaling to some colder temperatures for February as we see a jet stream shift focusing more on a northwest flow from Canada instead of a straight zonal flow right now from the west coast which doesn't bring cold air.
