I, Chad Clawitter, was in the 1st Cohort of the Los Angeles Urban Teacher Residency Program (LAUTR). I did my teacher residency program at California State University Los Angeles and Abraham Lincoln High School with the mentor physics teacher Allen Cox. I was at Abraham Lincoln High School along with Tiffany Hee (Math), and Titus Ume-Ezeoke (Physics). My mentor physic teacher Allen Cox was very helpful and shared a lot of his Labs and resources with me on a flash drive. I was required to teach for 3 years at Title 1 Schools in Los Angeles following the LAUTR program. After completing the LAUTR program, there was an opening for me to teach at Los Angeles International Charter High School (LAICHS). The daughter of the Principal of LAICHS was in one of my classes. The daughter of the Principal was causing disruptions in my class. When I talked to the Principal about it, they let me go. I taught Physics and Honors Physics at West Adams Preparatory High School from November 2010 to August 2014. During this time I cleared my teaching credentials in both Physics and Mathematics. Dr. Thomas Yee was my contact with the new program to clear your teaching credentials. Dr. Thomas Yee used to be one of the mentor Chemistry teachers for the LAUTR program. I was voted Teacher of the Month in November of 2013. About a week before school was going to start at West Adams Preparatory High School in August of 2014, there was an opening for a Physics and AP Physics 1 Teacher at Huntington Beach High School. The people at Huntington Beach High School wanted me to leave teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School to teach at Huntington Beach High School. Kay Nakauchi from Human Resources told me that they always put teachers entering the district on a temporary contract but that it would be switched to a probationary contract if I did well that year. All my unused sick days from teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School in Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) were transferred to Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD). On the form signed by Carolee Ogata, my 3 years teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School were recognized in my pay scale and my 1st payment from HBUHSD was to be made on September 30, 2014.
Tasha Cunningham of LAUSD later committed fraud and perjury in court by falsely stating that I had received a wage overpayment from LAUSD on September 30, 2014. Tasha Cunningham signed a court document under penalty of perjury that I had received a wage overpayment from LAUSD on September 30, 2014 and proceeded to sue me in court on July 7, 2016, which was the 4 year anniversary of my Catholic Wedding at St. Timothy Catholic Church.
Because my 3 years of teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School were recognized by HBUHSD, I would have had higher seniority than the other AP Physics teacher Melissa Taylor. Melissa Taylor was still trying to clear her teaching credentials when I was at Huntington Beach High School and she saw me as an obstacle to her gaining seniority. Carissa Rice who taught AP Environmental Science (APES) saw me as an obstacle to her expanding her APES courses. Ian Dominelli was a Biology teacher who did whatever Melissa Taylor told him to do, so he would come to my classroom and walk through it for no particular reason. He also sent me weird email that said sarcastically “good luck getting hired”. He later claimed to the administration that he thought I was a student when he sent that email to me. The Administration at Huntington Beach High School had created a hostile work environment where they had a blackmail ring called “Green Spoon”. The Administration at Huntington Beach High School encouraged the teachers to dig dirt on each other and report it back to the Administration.
An email was sent from Garrett Stryker to the teachers at Huntington Beach High School on May 1, 2015 with subject title “green spoon…” that said “So… I’ve heard very little dirt from most departments, but I’m guessing this year has not gone by without a major blunder or two. It’s time to embrace your inner North Korean and inform on your fellow teachers”. They had a “Green Spoon” meeting at Huntington Beach High School with the teachers and staff present. During the meeting they would shame teachers based on some of the alleged dirt they had dug up on each other. During the meeting. Someone had forged someone else’s signature to sign me up for refereeing a girls football game called “Powder Puff” or something like that. They also told everyone that I was a 1st Year Physics teacher during the Green Spoon meeting to make it seem like I hadn’t taught as long as I had. The Green Spoon was some sort of blackmail ring that the Administration used to cover up their misconduct by blackmailing the teachers to do whatever they wanted. If the Administration had enough dirt on most of the teachers, they could blackmail them to commit perjury against anyone who tried to expose whatever misconduct they were doing.
On April 3, 2015 I had conducted student surveys and received positive feedback from my students. I had perfect attendance while teaching at Huntington Beach High School. On April 29, 2015 I had received a good evaluation on my Formal Evaluation Report signed by the Assistance Principal Angela Harding. On May 1, 2015 I received a good letter of recommendation from the Science Department Coordinator Bob Dreifus.
I later found out that Melissa Taylor, Ian Dominelli, and Carissa Rice were trying to slander me to the Administration by saying bad things about my books with registered copyrights. Melissa Taylor wanted me gone because she wanted to be the “Veteran Physics Teacher” and I would have had more seniority than her If I stayed. Carissa Rice wanted me gone so that she could expand her AP Environmental Sciences course. I had registered copyrights for my two Christian Apologetics books “Universal Truth and Love” and “The War Against Truth”. These two books were available online on Amazon.com (They are now available for free at www.smashwords.com.). I overheard Melissa Taylor tell someone else how much she disliked Catholics because of their stance against abortion.
I sent an email to the Science Teachers at Huntington Beach High School with my books “The War Against Truth” and “Universal Truth and Love” attached. I also attached “Mere Christianity” by C.S. Lewis.
“Dear Science Teachers,
I have attached a free copy for you of two books I have written. I have also attached on of my favorite books by the famous author C. S. Lewis. If you are not interested in learning about other worldviews, please disregard.

After I had submitted the final grades for my classes, I sent out an email with my books “The War Against Truth” and “Universal Truth and Love” attached.

The Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources Carolee Ogata was brought in to do a “coverup”. I had brought my student surveys for her to read, but she refused to look at them. She didn’t want the hostile work environment created by the Green Spoon blackmail ring to be exposed, so she verbally harassed me and said “Prove to me you are not a threat”. Carolee Ogata told me not to return to Huntington Beach High School.
The next School Year I taught conceptual physics at Northview High School in Covina. I had contacted Pacific Justice Institute to see if they would help me file a complaint against Huntington Beach Union High School District.
Shortly after I contacted Pacific Justic Institute, weird things started to happen. On October 6, 2015 there was a lockdown at Huntington Beach High School. According to an article by Mike Glenn at Save Newport, the following occurred:
“At about 10am this morning, Huntington Beach High School went on lockdown after unconfirmed reports of an ex-teacher running around naked with a gun. Later, the gun was not spotted, so it may have been discarded or simply a flawed initial report.”
I later found out that Huntington Beach Union High School District gave my name “Chad Clawitter” to the Huntington Beach Police Department to try to frame me for the lockdown. They were doing a coverup so that the hostile work environment created by the Green Spoon blackmail ring would not be exposed. I was a threat to exposing their misconduct, so they needed to destroy my reputation. The lockdown at Huntington Beach High School October 6, 2015 was a false-flag psychological operation act of terror designed to destroy my reputation and teaching career.
I was physically present in Covina teaching conceptual physics at Northview Highschool when the lockdown occurred at Huntington Beach High School on October 6, 2015. One of the teachers at Northview High School in Covina had children that went to Huntington Beach High School, so obviously the Administration found out. I received a phone call that afternoon telling me not to report to the Northview High School Campus the next day, but to report to the district office. On October 7, 2015 when I reported to the district office in Covina, they forced me to resign from teaching.
I filed a complaint to the Huntington Beach Union High School District. Then on December 2015, the habitual liar Melissa Taylor sent me the following email:

I was not fired or asked to leave my catholic school. I myself am a christian, and I Ioved the school I worked at, but chose to leave to work at HBHS. I did not rip up tests. My students did not cheat on an exam.
I did rip up a practice AP problem that I found students had copied from online solution guides. The problem was just for practice and was not for a grade. I make multiple versions of exams for this reason.
I was trying to be helpful by suggesting multiple versions, as most of science does do this to prevent cheating, and it is good teaching practice.

I filed an internal affairs investigation against Detective Trent Tunstall who was the police officer in charge of trying to frame me for the lockdown. Sergeant Aaron Garrido was supposed to investigate but he knew that they were violating U. S. C. Title 18 Section 241, so when he interviewed me, he said, “So, you say there is a conspiracy”. I told Sergeant Aaron Garrido “those are your words not mine”.

On April 7, 2017 Carolee Ogata, Ian Dominelli, Kay Nakauchi, Carissa Rice, and Melissa Taylor were present at the hearing conducted by Judge Timothy J. Stafford of Department C66.
In her signed declaration for a restraining order against me, Carolee Ogata wrote the following:
“On May 18, 2015, Mr. Clawitter sent an email correspondence to teachers in HBHS’s Science Department. (See Exhibit 1: May 18, 2015 Email Correspondence from Chad Clawitter to HBHS Science Department with excepts from the attachments.) Mr. Clawitter attached his self-publications that contained several references to killings and death. The science teachers contacted HBHS Administration (“Administration”), regarding the email correspondence, which they perceived to be threatening.”
The email correspondence on May 18, 2015 that Carolee Ogata declared (under penalty of perjury) was perceived to be threatening was the following:
“Dear Science Teachers,
I have attached a free copy for you of two books I have written. I have also attached one of my favorite books by the famous author C. S. Lewis. If you are not interested in learning about other worldviews please disregard.

I had attached 3 PDF files. The first two PDF files were Christian Apologetics books that I had written titled “Universal Truth and Love” and “The War Against Truth”. Both books had registered copyrights and were written prior to my employment at Huntington Beach High School. I had also attached a PDF file of the book “Mere Christianity” by the famous author C. S. Lewis. There was obviously nothing threatening about this email I sent to the other science teachers on May 18, 2015.
However, Carolee Ogata was worried that her own misconduct would be discovered that led to the lockdown at Huntington Beach High School October 6, 2015, so she decided to “double down” by committing perjury and claim my email sent May 18, 2015 was threatening. Carolee Ogata secretly consulted a lawyer named Jacquelyn L. Takeda who would help her commit perjury and claim my email sent May 18, 2015 was threatening. Exhibit 1 from Carolee Ogata’s own court document shows that Isabella Roethel forwarded my email sent May 18, 2015 to Carissa Rice who forwarded the email to the secret lawyer Jacquelyn L. Takeda.
The secret lawyer Jacquely L. Takeda consulted Carolee Ogata about her plan to commit perjury and claim my email sent May 18, 2015 was threatening. Carolee Ogata was then instructed to search my PDF books for “killing” and “death” to pad the court documents with anything they could find in order to make it seem like they had some evidence and weren’t just committing perjury.
In her signed declaration for a restraining order against me, Carolee Ogata committed perjury by claiming an except from the last chapter (Chapter 15) titled “Closing Statements” from my Christian Apologetics book “Universal Truth and Love” was considered threatening. If you read Chapter 15 “Closing Statements” from my book “Universal Truth and Love”, it gives a summary of the worldview described in the Bible and a plea to consider the ramifications. By Carolee Ogata’s faulty logic, the Bible itself or any other book would be considered a threatening by citing anything from it with “killing” and “death” out of context.
In her signed declaration for a restraining order against me, Carolee Ogata committed perjury by claiming the following excepts from my book “The War Against Truth” were considered threatening:
“ What is a legitimate reason for killing a person? “
“A parasite that immediately kills its host will go extinct. A parasite that does subtle damage can spread from host to host and do far more damage”
Carolee Ogata intentionally took the first except from my book “The War Against Truth” out of context to commit perjury. The except was about abortion and stated the following in its proper context:
“The fact that a child is a person is an objective fact, which does not change simply because one bigoted society feels the child is unwanted or might become a burden. If a child is a person, it can only be killed for legitimate reasons. What is a legitimate reason for killing a person? The first is legitimate reason is self-defense. The second legitimate reason is if the death was unintentional. When there is evidence that the mother’s life is in danger, the mother can choose to defend herself by killing her child. A loving mother will naturally try to find an alternative to save both herself and her child if feasible.”
Carolee Ogata purposefully took the second except from my book “The War Against Truth” out of context intentionally to commit perjury. The except was an analogy used when describing artificial education and stated the following in its proper context:
“Artificial education is a parasite that obstructs and diverts a person away from learning and acquiring accurate facts, reliable information, and practical skills. Artificial education encourages a complete dependence on contemporary authority for validation, which obstructs the transparency of facts and information. Artificial education imbeds and preserves impractical skills that have been abstracted to the point they have no application outside of the academic environment that self[1]promotes those skills. Artificial education conceals and protects itself by discouraging reflective thought and classical ideas through personal insults, public humiliation, and implicit threats of exclusion. Artificial education floods society with contemporary self-promoting propaganda claiming its supporters are the most intelligent people who have ever lived, their work is essential to the survival of society, and one day in the far future some less intelligent engineers will use it to invent an amazing application; anyone who disputes their impractical skills and circular definitions is slandered as being unintelligent or ignorant. Artificial education is a parasite that hides within genuine education and feeds of the fruits of genuine education to conceal its own damaging effects. A parasite that immediately kills its host will go extinct. A parasite that does subtle damage can spread from host to host and do far more damage. Eventually, if a parasite does enough damage, it can be detected and removed. Why is the cost of education increasing? Why is the national debt increasing? Why does a host with a parasite need more food to survive? We have diagnosed the fact that our society is diseased and suffers from the parasite of Artificial Education, so now we need to remove the parasite. Many times you cannot forcibly remove a parasite, but rather you need to stimulate it to leave. Artificial education will defend itself because it is the livelihood for many people who have no practical skills. Artificial education cannot be forcibly removed because it protects itself using personal insults, public humiliation, and implicit threats of exclusion.”
To cover up her own misconduct Carolee Ogata blackmailed Ian Dominelli, Mellissa Taylor, Carrissa Rice, and Kay Nakauchi to commit perjury against me. They all conspired together to commit perjury against me using their mutual secret lawyer Jaquelyn L. Takeda as evidenced by Exhibit 1 in all of their court documents for a restraining order. They are all guilty of a conspiracy against my rights in violation of U.S.C. Title 18. Section 241. Judge Timothy J. Stafford of Department C66 was aware of their perjury and obstructed justice by aiding and abetting them.
On April 5, 2017, I, Chad Clawitter, had previously field a CH120 Response to Request for Civil Harassment Restraining Orders for each request submitted by Carolee Ogata, Ian Dominelli, Mellissa Taylor, Carrissa Rice, and Kay Nakauchi. The following is what was stated in my CH120 response:
“1. Pertaining to my performance of duties outlined in my position description as a Teacher in Huntington Beach Union High School District, I meet all the standards and completed them satisfactorily. I utilized project-based learning on a regular basis to enhance student learning. I participated in all staff meetings. I collaborated with colleagues in my department. I demonstrated extensive subject matter knowledge. I demonstrated a passion for my subject area. (See Exhibit 1: HBUHSD Evaluation and Letter of Recommendation by Science Department Coordinator)
2. Prior to accepting a temporary contract teaching at Huntington Beach High School, I was on a probationary contract teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School. I cleared my teaching credentials while teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School. I had taught Physics at West Adams Preparatory High School for 3 years. A week before school started at West Adams Preparatory High School, Huntington Beach High School had a vacancy for a AP Physics/Physics teaching position that urgently needed to be filled. I resigned from my position at West Adams Preparatory High School and accepted a temporary contract teaching at Huntington Beach High School with the understanding that it would lead to a probationary contract if I did well. 3. I have a registered copyright for the book I wrote that is against corruption, which is titled “The War Against Truth”. In Chapter 6 of the book, I specifically urge the readers to always read entire chapters instead of just prescreened excerpts so that the meaning will not be purposely or negligently misinterpreted: “The opponents of truth censure traditional knowledge by decontextualizing its content so that it will be misinterpreted. Traditional knowledge is often purposefully or negligently misinterpreted to justify the readers’ motives rather than as a legitimate quotation that explains and analyzes the intended meaning of the author. Students are encouraged to read only prescreened excerpts from primary sources rather than entire chapters. Students are encouraged to speculate an interpretation for the passages rather than investigating the author’s actual meaning based on the context. Why is it important to read entire chapters rather than just prescreened excerpts?” An unbalanced prejudiced person with the motive to slander and defame me would simply type in the keywords “killing” or “death” in the “Find” feature of the pdf, which would bring them to Chapter6 and Chapter 13. Chapter 13 in the book uses rational and logical arguments to explain why fraud and widespread abortion are not beneficial to society. If you read the chapter in its proper context, the “references to killings and death” in that chapter pertain to abortion and explaining why widespread abortion is not beneficial to society. A normal balanced person who read the chapters in its proper context would understand the purpose of the chapters were to be intellectually thought-provoking and didactic; a normal balanced person who read the chapters in their proper context would not perceive it to be threatening. I also have a registered copyright for the book I wrote that juxtaposes Biblical Christianity with Naturalism (Atheism/Agnosticism/Nominal Christianity/Nominal Religion) in an academic/debate style format, which is titled “Universal Truth and Love”; chapter 15 in the book is titled “Closing Statements” has the context of a debate where the speaker is a debater who believes Biblical Christianity is true asking the audience to consider the ramifications. The chapter gives a direct blunt summary of the worldview described in the Bible and uses a mixture of persuasion techniques such as Ethos (Authority), Logos (Logic), and Pathos (Emotion/Empathy) to give a passionate plea to the reader to choose wisely what they believe to be true because the ramifications are determined by reality, which does not conform to false beliefs (the truth about reality is not determined by majority vote). A normal balanced person who read the chapter in its proper context would understand the purpose of the chapter was to be intellectually thought-provoking and didactic; a normal balanced person who read the chapter in its proper context would not perceive it to be threatening. 4. I published my books “The War Against Truth” and “Universal Truth and Love” online in accordance with my rights protected by the 1st Amendment (http://www.amazon.com/- /e/B017SAMJ62). In the Fall 2015 semester, a parent of one of my AP Physics students, who was also on the cheerleading team, came to me afterschool and said she found my books online, was going to buy them, was going to read them, and was going to then make a decision based on what she thought about my books. Particular members of Huntington Beach Union High School District were prejudiced against my political and religious beliefs, specifically my arguments against widespread abortion in Chapter 13 of “The War Against Truth” due to my pro-life stance rooted in my Catholic background and my arguments promoting Biblical Christianity in my Christian Apologetics book “Universal Truth and Love”. These prejudiced members of HBUHSD spread false rumors about me and what I had written. I sent pdf copies of my books to my colleagues to clarify what I had written to quell any false rumors about what I had written. 5. On June 10, 2015, I was sent home and not allowed to attend the graduation ceremony due to false rumors about me spread by prejudiced members of HBUHSD. I then got a temporary contract for teaching 6 classes of conceptual physics at Northview High School in Covina for the 2015-2016 school year. On October 6, 2015, I drove directly from my apartment in Irvine (where my wife and I were living) to Northview High School in Covina (where I was working as a teacher). I was teaching at Northview High School in Covina when my mother and my wife called Northview High School about a “family emergency”. On October 6, 2015, there was a lockdown at Huntington Beach High School. Due to false rumors spread by prejudiced member of HBUHSD, HBUHSD gave my name “Chad Clawitter” to the Huntington Beach Police Department as the cause for the lockdown at Huntington Beach High School October 6, 2015. These false reports have consequently been broadcast to the media. The Lockdown at Huntington Beach High School on October6, 2015 was used as an act of terror to destroy my reputation and teaching career. Irreparable damage has been done to my teaching career due to the false rumors spread by prejudiced members of HBUHSD. 6. I graduated High School from Aliso Niguel High School in 2005 with over a 4.0 GPA. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics and Minor in Mathematics. I graduated from Cal State University Los Angeles with a Master of Arts Degree in Education in 2011. (See Exhibit 5: Letters of Recommendations from University Professors)
7. I have no criminal history. I have never done drugs. I am not an alcoholic. I have never owned any firearms. I have never had any moving violations. Any parking tickets I have had are paid. LAUSD falsely claimed that a wage overpayment had occurred September 30, 2014, which was the day I received my first payment from HBUHSD. On July 7, 2016 LAUSD proceeded to sue me in small claims court. The date the small claims court trial was set for, July 7th, which is the day of the Catholic wedding anniversary for my wife and me. We did not attend the small claims court trial, but we have mailed a cashier’s check for the full amount ($1,822.90) of the Judgement on March17, 2017, which was received March 21, 2017. I have filed my taxes. I am a law-abiding citizen and submit to whatever law and order requires; I give to Washington what belongs to Washington, and I try to give to God what belongs to God. I simply ask for mercy and that you please do not grant any restraining orders against me submitted by prejudiced members of HBUHSD simply for me trying to clear my reputation and be able to provide for my family. Scott (C12), conspired to obstruct justice and do a coverup where they created a fake retroactive court hearing and illegally altered court documents to allow Judge Timothy J. The fake retroactive court hearing was allegedly held on 6/20/2017 according to a letter sent in the mail to me that was stamped by the postal service 6/21/2017; the letter was sent the day after fake retroactive court hearing. The letter in the mail contained 4 papers all signed by the clerk Debby Lamm who was part of the obstruction of justice and illegal coverup.

Because no prior notice was given about the fake retroactive hearing, naturally no one attended it. This allowed Judge Timothy J. Stafford (C66) to recuse himself without attracting attention to his misconduct. The four pages signed by clerk Debby Lamm all state the following:

The actual court hearing was supposed to be in Department C66 at 1:30PM on June 21, 2017. Judge Timothy J. Stafford had illegally altered court documents and created the fake retroactive court hearing to allow him to recuse himself without drawing attention to his misconduct. When I arrived at Department C66 on June 21, 2017 for the actual court hearing, there was a sign posted on the wall that stated the following:

Stafford (C66), Clerk Debby Lamm, and Judge Nathan R. Scott were part of the conspiracy to conduct a coverup and obstruct justice. It was a conspiracy against my rights in violation of U.S. Title 18. In the early afternoon on February 4, 2021 around 2:15PM I went to the Aliso Viejo Sherrif Station attempting to file criminal charges against Carolee Ogata. My phone had its service deactivated and the only thing I could dial is 911. I dialed 911 and let the operator know that I was going into the parking lot of the Aliso Viejo Sherrif Station to filed criminal charges against Carolee Ogata incase anyone tried to kidnap me to obstruct justice and prevent me for doing so. When I got to the front door, there was a sign saying that the inside was closed due to COVID-19. A police vehicle pulled up California License Plate #1518349. The police officer pretended like he was going to help me file a complaint at first, but then he refused to look at the evidence that I had brought with me. I got video of me saying that “I want to file attempted murder charges against Carolee Ogata. They are refusing to look up the evidence”. The police officer didn’t like me taking video of him in the parking lot, so ran toward me and tackled me to the ground knocking my glasses off and ripping my backpack. I asked the police officer to show his badge and ID but he pointed to his crotch and said this is my identification. A firetruck arrived in the parking lot and a fireman took my pulse. Another police car had pulled up behind the other police car. Two police officers attempted to drag me while I remain limp. One of the police officers began to push on my chest attempting to cause pain or induce a heart attack while they dragged me to the other police car that had pulled up behind the other police car. I remained limp the whole time. I asked them if they had a warrant or probable cause, and one of the police officers lied and said he would show me a warrant when they got me into car, which they never did. I told the police officers who was driving me that he was the moron patsy who was taking me in with no warrant. They never returned my glasses to me but stole them. They drove me to what I think was supposed to look like a Jail in Santa Ana. I couldn’t tell because I didn’t have my glasses. I told the people there that I had just been kidnapped.
At the alleged jail, a strange woman looked on the scratches where my handcuffs were, took photographs wrists, and brought me into a room where they x-rayed my chest without my permission. They took my finger prints and took a picture of me for an ID card. They gave me papers saying that I was supposed to be released then. I did not give them permission to do a COVID-19 test on me, so they said they were going to put me in 2 week isolation. They had me change out of my clothes into orange clothes. They put my papers for release in with my clothes and said I would get it back at the end of the 2 week isolation.
On Friday February 5, 2021, they loaded me into a bus and drove me to a new location they claimed later was Theo Lacy Facility 501 The City Drive South Orange, CA 92868. They put me in a cell with another young black man named Chris Cross who stayed in the cell with me a few days until he allegedly paid his bail to get out. Chris Cross gave me his phone number, which was (956) 415-4311. They said they were just going to hold me for 2 week isolation. They brought me to a iPad that had a man dressed in black with a medical facemask on. I told him they were violating U. S. C. title 18 Section 241 for kidnapping me, holding me hostage, and not charging me with a crime. The other man in my cell Chris Cross left on February 8, 2021. I stayed in the same cell alone for the rest of the time there. When the two weeks were over, I told them they have to let me go now because they haven’t charged me with a crime. The two weeks of isolation were over. They still would not let me go. The windows to the outside were painted black, so I couldn’t see outside except for a little bit of light that was able to get in where there little holes of chipped paint. On February 22, 2021 They told me they were going to release me, so they walked me to the exit. The person walking me said for me not to be nervous because I was being released; it was as if he knew something they were hiding from me. This seemed odd to me at the time. Then they purposely prevented me from signing out. I was supposed to give my ID card to the person an sign out, but they wouldn’t let me do that. Instead, they ushered me out the exit without letting me sign out. It looked like I was in a back exit. They then made me empty all my pockets of everything and took my ID card. They then put me in a Car with a woman. I told the woman who was driving me my story of how I was whistleblower, and that I had filed a complaints to the District Attorney, Grand Jury, Attorney General, EEOC, and U. S. Department of Justice. I thought the woman was driving me back the Jail in Santa Ana to have me released. Instead she drove me to A psychiatric cell at 550 N. Flower Santa Ana CA 92703. When we got out of the Car the woman led me into a room and then told the people “he’s crazy”. They then brought me into a padded room with a camera in the corner. I stayed in the padded room with the camera from Monday February 22, 2021 till Thursday February 25, 2021. On Thursday February 25, 2021, they led me out of the padded room with the camera to get a new ID card print off. They had already taken away my ID card when they emptied my pockets at Theo Lacy. The new ID card they printed off for me was Card #3188543. They didn’t give me the ID card when they printed it off, but kept it from me. They then moved me upstairs without my ID card. They put me in cell L-16-5. On Monday March 15, 2021 a Social Worker visited me and gave me a Bible, the Book Eight Men Out, and a pencil. The book Eight Men Out was about when they tried to rigg the 1919 World Series in Baseball. The next day on March 16, 2021, they moved me to a different cell in a different room L-18-7. On Wednesday March 31, 2021, they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste.
They told me they were going to give me my ID card back. When I went to reach for the ID card they were giving to me, they grabbed my arm and tried to inject something into me.
On April 1, 2021, they assaulted me with clear shields, took items from my cell, and injected something into my butt.
On April 8, 2021, they assaulted me with clear shields and injected something into my butt.
On April 29, 2021, they assaulted me with clear shields and injected something into my butt.
They told me that they were going to castrate me. Whatever they injected into my butt was some form of chemical castration and it destroyed my ability to sleep. I have never recovered from what they did to me. I can no longer get a restful night sleep anymore.
On May 2, 2021, they moved me to a different cell L-16-16.
On May 5, 2021, they started giving me Zyprexa supposedly to try to help me sleep.
On May 20, 2021, they moved me back to the cell L-16-5 that I had been in before.
On May 29, 2021 they injected Invega 234 into my butt.
On June 4, 2021, they moved me to a new cell in Mod N-14, cell N-27-14.
On June 8, 2021, they marked me as competent for trial by Nicole Caceres.
On June 18, 2021, they took my blood and supposedly gave me a Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine.
On June 19, 2021, they gave me a new pair of glasses. They never returned to me the glasses that they stole from me on February 5, 2021.
On June 26, 2021, they injected Invega 234 into my butt.
On June 9, 2021, they bussed me to the court and later released me.
A Public Defender who I spoke to on the phone was named Kevin Stephens 657-251-6090 or 657-251-6216. The Public Defender who had me released was named Patrice Corpus 714-501-8152.
I think the charges they claimed against me were Contempt of Court, Resisting Arrest, and Violating a Restraining Order. The public defender said that they would let me out on time already served if I did what she said. They had already assaulted me and drugged me against my will on numerous occasions in the jail, so I was willing to do anything to get out of there. I was fearing for my life because of their complete corruption.
I still cannot get a good nights sleep because of whatever chemical castration thing they injected into my butt and drugged me with against my will. They even had someone film it while they were assaulting me with clear shields and injecting things into my butt.
They claimed the man in black with a medical face mask on the iPad was a judge in Theo Lacy. I told him they were violating U. S. C. Title 18 Section 241. Because I said that, they committed medical fraud to try to drug me against my will and destroy my health. They did many other evil things like tell me they were going to have me speak with a public defender and then put a psychiatrist on the iPad. The whole system is completely corrupt. They can get away with anything. I spent most of my time there without my glasses, so I cannot identify them to prosecute them for their many crimes against me.
