How to can potatoes! **NOTE: I always tend to forget something when filming a video, and in this video I got ahead of myself and opened the petcock screw to release the steam before the canner cooled to zero naturally on its own. 🤦🏽‍♀️ By doing that that's most likely why a jar or two had liquid loss. Let the canner cool completely on its own to zero, once there then open the screw then wait before removing the lid and so on. How to can potatoes that have little to no starch. I forgot to add the last tip! It's to fill your jars with clean, clear, boiling hot water instead of of the cooking liquid from the potatoes.
