How to can potatoes! **NOTE: I always tend to forget something when filming a video, and in this video I got ahead of myself and opened the petcock screw to release the steam before the canner cooled to zero naturally on its own. 🤦🏽‍♀️ By doing that that's most likely why a jar or two had liquid loss. How to can potatoes that have little to no starch. I forgot to add the last tip! It's to fill your jars with clean, clear, boiling hot water instead of of the cooking liquid from the potatoes.
