These Guys Found A Lost Gosling And Led Him Home

Usually, when a human finds a wild animal lost in the urban jungle, they call the people that have made it their jobs to find, catch and reunite them with their families. But when Ben Yurcisin and his friend Rob Galos found a lost baby goose on the streets of Hoboken, they took matters into their own hands and led the tiny bird back to his family.

“We found this adorable baby goose, he lost his family, we’re trying to bring him back home,” Ben starts narrating this little adventure. The gosling is pretty obviously distraught, squeaking with all his might trying to find his mommy. “Come on, guy, it’s okay, just come with me,” the kind young man encourages the birdie to follow him to safety. And to all of our surprises, the gosling actually sets on foot to follow this kind human and find his mommy!

Ben is almost brought to tears by how friendly and trusting the baby goose is, as it trots his tiny feet on the pavement of New Jersey. They even named themselves ‘The Mighty Ducks”, while dubbing the little guy Jeffrey, for some reason.

The guys went across town to the Hudson River to reunite poor Jeff with his mama and luckily, they apparently hit the jackpot, because as soon as the gosling laid eyes on the goose in the distance, it crossed the grass and jumped into the water! The guys freaked out at the sight, but calmed down when the two goose followed suit.

All is well that ends well.
