A video showing security on the roof taking out the shooter, shows security trying to adjust to get the correct position to take the shot. At first the security did not have a good site on him. This was a Deep State CIA False Flag operation to give them cover and the green light to assassinate Biden, thereby solving the Dem Biden problem and at the same time casting blame on the right.
