Post-Conditioning Pressing

First I began with Incline Dumbbells, staying at the same working weight I’ve been using the past several weeks as the connective tissues gradually get inured to it
-
Next, as I’ve been doing more often of late, I did some down sets of incline to get in more volume at lower risk. The stimulus from dumbbell pressing is very robust so I want to milk out as much from each session as it’s safe to do so
-
Next, I get on my favorite strange pressing machine the Hoist “ROC-IT”
-
Last, for triceps isolation I did light, high volume overhead cable rope extensions
