Putin to visit North Korea and Vietnam

Vladimir Putin will pay a friendly, two-day state visit to North Korea. He is expected to arrive in Pyongyang on Tuesday. The Russian leader then heads to Hanoi, at the invitation of the Vietnamese General Secretary.
