Toddler Takes Real Delight Into Munching Macaroni With Two Forks

Each child is an individual and whether some kids can get stuck in a rut refusing table foods, others move onto table foods fairly easily just like this hungry baby. He likes eating and he loves to eat as a grown-up. He is unlike other toddlers since there are no toys on the table to keep him engaged in the chair, distracting him from actually eating. Instead, he munches his food independently and he knows well how to feed himself. This boy doesn’t look for any help but he simply devours what he has been served. There is nothing more relieving for parents than the fact that their children eat without being forced and talked into the process.

This child is sitting peacefully while entirely enjoying his meal. No whining and no tantrums whatsoever. He is unsure of one thing only - he can’t decide which fork to use, so it is logical to use both. With the plate of macaroni on the table, he first tries to eat with his left hand. To our surprise, he holds the fork properly and takes a bite. He puts the unfortunate macaroni straight into his mouth and while he is still chewing it, he gives a go with his right hand. It seems like this toddler is less dexterous with this hand, holding the fork incorrectly, but that obviously is not an obstacle for him to stab another piece. We know that a child is immersed into an activity when they start talking to themselves or letting out odd sounds of delight. This boy can’t help himself making a sound of contentment because macaroni has an amazing taste. He is such a cute kiddo!
