167.5 Kgs High-Bar Squat Heavy Single
As I am tapering the volume, but trying to keep the intensity high, I decided to simply go for a heavy single, instead of a triple. I was definitely feeling tired and weaker, so I thought this would be a good way to push for a bit of progression, while helping with easing on the fatigue. This actually moved pretty well, all things considered. I think I definitely could have done more; but given how I was feeling, this was fine for now. Hahaha.
