HardGainer Spring Bulk Day 71 - Full Body Home Workout
this is day 71 of the hardgainer spring bulk and today we got a Full Body Home Workout. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 163lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2800 calories. I try to get around 150-200 calories above that everyday to add 1-2lb a month.
