The launch of Angara-A5, the first post-Soviet heavy-load rocket, from the Vostochny Cosmodrome successfully went ahead after being postponed twice in 48 hours.
The Angara heavy-lift launch vehicle is capable of carrying payloads of more than 20 tons into orbit, as Russia looks to build a new space station in the coming years.
