A video i made on July 28, 2022. Eleanor Hill Staff Director of the Joint Inquiry into Intelligence Community Activities before and after the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001, gives an opening statement before the committee. Hill opens the statement regarding the infamous "Phoenix Memo" which was a information cable drafted and written by Phoenix FBi agent, Ken Williams. Williams warning of arab fundamentalists inside the Arizona border training at flight schools and went into depth about an investigation of Zacria Soubra, who is a Lebanese flight student in Prescott, Arizona, and his connection with a terror group in Chechnya that had ties to al-Qaeda. The memo was hardly read even though it was faxed to New York City, Minnesota and Washington Dc offices. Hill makes many pointed statements regarding the FBI's failure to even act on information regarding Al Qaeda affiliates many years prior to the 9/11 attacks. (9-25-2002). I give additional commentary.
