Whoo!! It’s been months since I hit 400 Watts and NEVER hitting 404!!! It’s a small PR, only 4% but at this point gains all become asymptotic.

Starting off at 400 Watts I thought I, “Over egged the cake.” Then, after catching that clip at the second, 20Km Checkpoint I thought I saw 404 but disregarded what I saw in favor of putting my head down to finish the last 5Km strong. It wasn’t until afterwards while curating the footage for this post I realized how much power I was putting out that session. Well, that and when I got off the bike my left butt cheek cramped 😂 Hilarious

After crushing “The Trials,” I of course moved on to Toes to Bar. Today, feeling froggy I doubled up and did 20 sets of 10 for 200x total.

10 sets is my day to day, 15 sets I get a pretty deep burn. At 20, I get an “onion skin forearm pump” right at the bottom of my stomach where most of my life I held that hard to eliminate fat. It’s pretty dope to see vascularity down there in my mid-40s 😄

Extra abdominal work isn’t particularly fatiguing so I still have plenty left in the tank for work and travel tomorrow. Hopefully over the weekend I’ll be able to fit a lift in. Either way, this was a good one! 💪🏾
