No One at Fujitsu wants Responsibility for Horizon Error Checks evidence to the Post Office Inquiry shows.

Fujitsu Manager Peter Sewell is asked about the actions he is assigned to ensure that event logs are checked for errors to ensure the accuracy of ARQ data but when this drops off the radar and he is reminded he isn't sure his team is the correct one for the job. Gareth Jenkins, who it appears previously handled the checks, says that he needs it to be passed off to the SSC and it appears whilst the eventually agree to do an 'informal favour' no one at Fujitsu wants to take formal responsibility following the discovery of a potentially major issue with the Horizon system used at Post Office branches.
