‘They’re targeting residential neighborhoods’ | Belgorod bombarded

A woman was killed while walking her dogs in Belgorod, Russian by an artillery shell that landed near her on the road. Russian officials say five houses and four medical facilities have been damaged in the latest strike by Ukrainian army forces.
