A Russian missile attack has killed 15 people in thecity of Chernihiv in northern Ukraine, according to Ukrainian officials.

More than 60 people, including three children, wereinjured in the attack, which hit an eight-storey buildingin a densely populated area, the city's mayor said.

The attack came hours after reports of a Ukrainianstrike on a Russian military airfield in occupied Crimea.
