This MONSTEROUS GALLON of Ice Cream NEARLY ENDED ME!!!

Continuing on with my adventures with @FreakEating before the "big event" we both traveled to Hernando, Mississippi to Velvet Cream - The Dip, where we'd each be taking on a different challenge hosted here!

Ice cream challenges are not my strong suit, so I knew attempting to eat an entire gallon of it during this food challenge was going to be an extremely tough!

For my challenge I split my flavors into a "top layer" and a "bottom layer" with the top layer containing a single scoop of
- Blueberry Cheesecake
- Red Velvet
- Mint Chocolate Chip
- Oreo
- Unicorn (two scoops)

And for the bottom layer I went entirely with vanilla bean!
