Potato and Pickle Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cooked potatoes
• 2 pickled cucumbers
• 1 small bunch of fresh parsley
• 1 large red onion
• 1 cup cooked corn kernels
Ingredients for dressing:
• 3 tablespoons yogurt
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Begin by dicing the cooked potatoes into cubes. Slice the pickled cucumbers into rings.
2. Chop the fresh parsley finely and add it to the ingredients.
3. Then dice the red onion into squares and add it to the mixture.
4. Add one cup of cooked corn kernels.
5. For the dressing, mix 3 tablespoons of yogurt with mayonnaise and mustard sauce. Then add lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and add some salt and garlic powder. Mix everything thoroughly.

مواد لازم:
2 عدد سیب زمینی پخته شده
2 عدد خیارشور
1 دسته کوچک جعفری تازه
1 عدد پیاز قرمز بزرگ
1 لیوان ذرت پخته شده
مواد لازم برای سس:
3 قاشق غذاخوری ماست هم زده
1 قاشق غذاخوری سس مایونز
1 قاشق غذاخوری سس خردل
2 قاشق غذاخوری روغن زیتون
2 قاشق غذاخوری آب لیموترش
1 قاشق چایخوری نمک
1 قاشق چایخوری پودر سیر
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا سیب زمینی های پخته شده را بصورت مربعی خورد میکنیم. خیارشورها رو حلقه ای خورد میکنیم. یک دسته کوچک جعفری تازه را خورد میکنیم و به مواد اضافه میکنیم. بعد یک پیاز قرمز رو مربعی خورد میکنیم و اضافه میکنیم. یک لیوان ذرت پخته را اظافه میکنیم. برای سس 3 قاشق ماست همزده را با سس مایونز و سس خردل، آب لیمو و روغن زیتون خوب مخلوط میکنیم و روی سالاد میریزیم و مقداری نمک و پودر سیر را اضافه و هم میزنیم. نوش جانShow more
