45-Minute HIIT with Dumbbells | 5.1.2023
This total body high intensity interval workout is designed to HIIT all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to make ya sweat! You may want a set of weights (I am using 12's), a hand towel, and a mat but you don't have to have them to have a successful workout; training shoes are optional. A brief warm up and cool down are included in this video.
