#HeavyRain to Continue in the South Wednesday; Lingering Freezing #Rain Further North Locally considerable #flashflood and urban #flooding impacts are possible across portions of the Texas Gulf Coast, Louisiana, #Mississippi and western #Alabama through Wednesday night then southeast #Louisiana to the #south #Appalachians on Thursday. Lingering #freezingrain and #snow will continue to create hazardous #travel and possible #poweroutages over portions of the #Midwest and #Northeast Wednesday Widespread dense fog continues this morning and will persist through the morning hours today. #Temperatures are mostly above freezing #Kansas and far northern Kansas where #blackice may occur from the #fog and very light freezing rain late tonight. A light glaze of #ice in these areas may result in slick #roads Wednesday morning. Rain showers are expected elsewhere.
