Keto Hamburger Helper is a fast weeknight carnivore meal if you have a batch of these Carnivore Beef Noodles ready to go in the fridge!
These beef noodles are exactly like my PSMF Noodles made with chicken, only I made them with cooked ground beef!
These dairy free Keto Noodles are not only PSMF friendly, they are also Carnivore!
The PSMF noodles can be frozen and they hold up well in soups and casseroles. They are fully cooked and so just need to be warmed up in your pasta sauce or in this case your ground beef casserole or skillet dinner!

CHEESE SAUCE: 1 cup cream cheese, 1/2 cup cream, 1 cup grated cheddar, some beef broth for thinning the sauce if needed.

Carnivore Beef Noodles
• 3 ½ oz (100g) cooked extra lean ground beef
• 1 large egg
• 2/3 cup egg whites
• Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth, no lumps. Spread on a large silicon mat on 12 x 17 baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until edges start to brown and lift. Let cool, then roll and cut.
