Uganda is sending a strong delegation to the COP 28 climate conference slated for the 30th of November to the 12th of December in Dubai -UAE says Beatrice Anywar, the state minister for water and environment.
COP 28 which follows COP 27 that was held in Egypt in 2022 is expected to stress the importance of collective action to stop climate change and the critical role of finance in the low carbon transition.
