Ukraine and West accuse Russia over deadly strike, even as video footage contradicts claims

Ukraine has accused Russia of carrying out an artillery strike in Konstantinovka, a city controlled by Kiev in Donbass, which killed at least 16 people and wounded another 33, including a child. However, numerous facts have emerged that contradict what Ukrainian officials and some Western media outlets are claiming about Russia's role in the attack. RT looked into how the events unfolded.
