Join me as we celebrate my 26th birthday immersed in nature in the beautiful mountains of Kandy, Sri Lanka! I spent my Monday walking with elephants at Millenium Elephant Sanctuary, and on Tuesday I *attempted* to play golf for the first time!

During my stay, I consciously disconnected from social media and technology, opting for meditation, journaling, and daily yoga to create a deeper connection with nature and self. I can't stress enough the enriching experience of slowing down and immersing oneself in nature.
