Life in Krabi, Thailand comes to an end as I spend my last days releasing and reflecting the past 2 weeks. This was an intense and emotional time for me, especially with the full moon and mercury retrograde energy. I sat with my emotions and dove deep within to further expand my awareness and nurture my inner child.

Life in Krabi, Thailand continues! I spent 3 incredible nights in Railay and I can honestly say it’s now one of my favorite places in the world. Railay is only accessible by boat and is virtually untouched in the sense that there are no cars, motorbikes or taxis on the island.
My day on shrooms at Phra Nang Beach was incredible. I completely surrendered to the universe and escaped time as I immersed myself in nature. The Bat Cave was a highlight! With its incredible views of Phra Nang Beach and the limestone cliffs, the cave is definitely a must visit in Railay.
Railay has my heart and I can’t wait to be back. The peace I felt here was unmatched, and I recommend this place to anyone who has Thailand on their bucket list.

My solo travel journey in Krabi continues as I establish a routine at my Airbnb in Khlong Muang Beach. I conquered over 1000 steps and explored The Tiger Cave Temple, a Buddhist temple north-northeast of Krabi, Thailand. A sacred site, it is renowned for the tiger paw prints in the cave and tall Buddha statues at the summit. The monkeys that inhabit the temple grounds greet you before your strenuous journey uphill, adding a delightful touch to the experience!
Life in Krabi has been blissful thus far. The slow-paced lifestyle, surrounded by nature, animals, and sacred spaces, truly immerses you in the present moment and deepens your gratitude for the little things.

One of my favorite places in the world.. and here’s why!
Railay is only accessible by boat and is virtually untouched in the sense that there are no cars, motorbikes or taxis on the island.
The most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen is here: Phra Nang Beach. With its white sand backdropped by limestone cliffs with stunning caves, it is absolutely one of a kind.
The one thing I loved most about the island (besides the beautiful nature) is the kindness of not only the locals, but the tourists that travel here too.
The peace I felt here was unmatched, and I recommend this place to anyone who has Thailand on their bucket list.
Whether you like to chill out at the reggae bars by the beach, or snorkel and experience the colorful fish at the coral reef, Railay has something for everyone 💙

Turmeric sea moss gel! 💛🌼
Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals that our bodies need. It promotes digestive health, boosts immunity and supports thyroid health.
Turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, aids in reducing inflammation, supports joint health, and promotes a healthy complexion.
Together, these essential ingredients create a powerful blend that works its magic from within ✨
Ingredients:
- 5 cups of sea moss
- 3L + of alkaline water (for soak and blend)
- 2 tbsp of turmeric powder
- A whole lot of love
Recipe:
1. Wash the sea moss thoroughly under cold running water until all salt is gone
2. Cover the sea moss with alkaline water and soak for 12-24 hours
3. Cut sea moss into smaller pieces so it doesn’t wrap around the blender blades
4. Blend with 2L+ of alkaline water (texture should be similar to apple sauce)
5. Add turmeric powder and blend
6. Pour mixture into a jar and label the date
7. Refrigerate and store for up to 3 weeks (you can also freeze it and save it for longer)
This recipe makes about 2 large jars. I would suggest either freezing a jar or gifting it to family & friends!

Join me as we spend a weekend in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka where we will be snorkeling in the wavy ocean at Hikkaduwa Beach, relaxing and unwinding at a 5 star hotel by Narigama Beach and indulging in incredible seafood at the Crab Shack.
Although we visited during the off-season, the tranquility of the surroundings provided the perfect escape, even though the water was a bit rough and less clear than anticipated. It was a great opportunity to unwind, reconnect with nature, and cherish quality time together. Keep in mind, peak season from November to January attracts more tourists and higher prices.
Living in a fast-paced city, it's crucial to take a breather and explore new destinations, immerse yourself in nature, and embrace a slower pace of life.

One of the highlights of my trip to Bali was definitely the FOOD!
I stayed in Ubud for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food - probably the best food I’ve ever eaten. Health is my highest priority and Ubud did not disappoint with the abundance of plant based, vegan and healthy food options!
