Gunman opens fire at dollar store in Florida

A gunman opened fire at a Jacksonville, Florida dollar store, specifically targeting black people, the local sheriff has said. A city council member said the shooter is dead, and that he was wearing a tactical vest and was armed with an ‘AR-style’ rifle and handgun.
