Block 3 Week 3: High Bar Squats, and stuff

Last day of the training week, here. I normally do these days right after my shift, at the local public gym I work at; as it is an overall lighter day, and I have access to more equipment/options for my accessories. I forgot to bring my knee sleeves, but it turns out I didn't even need them! Smoking an easy little High-Bar Squat PR. It is nothing crazy or impressive, but I have been trying to move the needle with High-Bar very conservatively, to manage fatigue, as well as high bar being more awkward for me. Plus, I am usually pretty tired at the end of the week, and I also work up until late in the night at the gym the previous night, and then have to come straight back in the following morning, so energy is not aways super high, haha. Regardless, I'm really stoked about how well squats have been going, lately. I'm hoping to keep the momentum going, as long as my energy levels can hold, and hopefully I can start to bring the deadlift back up again, as well. Some big things in the near future, hopefully! 🤘🏻
