🌟 This 20-minute blissful morning vinyasa sequence is everything you need to get feeling relaxed, refreshed and rebalanced, and ready to take on the day ahead. We’re going to focus on releasing the parts of the body that usually get stiff and achy such as the shoulders, lower back, pelvis, hip flexors, and hamstrings.
Who needs a morning cup of coffee when we can get the heart rate up and the blood flowing on the mat!
