Special Report with Kevin Lindke, Community Activist

Kevin gives a recent update of his family court proceedings before Judge John Tomlinson of the St. Clair County Family Court Division. When Kevin appeared in court, the Judge held him in contempt of court and had him locked up. Then the Judge refused to issue a ruling. It has been five painful years since Kevin has seen his 9 year old daughter.
