Today I am diving into the popular trend of intermittent fasting to examine whether it truly lives up to its hype. In this video, I will challenge the notion that intermittent fasting is the ultimate solution for achieving weight loss. While intermittent fasting has gained immense popularity in recent years, it is important to identify its limitations and consider how it can be improved upon.

Whether you are considering intermittent fasting or are already following this eating pattern, this video will help you decide if there is a better way. For myself I found that answer through many years of experience. I have tried intermittent fasting from every angle that exists, and through this I have found what is good about it, and what is bad. It's not an all or nothing matter, but I do believe the life style can be improved upon. In this video I will tell you exactly how I did that.

With my strategy I was able to get lean enough to compete in 4 body building shows, all self taught and self coached. Through each of these shows I experimented on myself and built upon my foundations until reaching what I believe is a better strategy. As in all things in life, there is no perfect diet. But we can always find ways that are better. Join me as we explore how!
