They could have made a clone just as easily with matching ears of the original Biden. So is it a clone or an actor? We know Hillary has doubles as stated. Why would China make cloned soldiers, I would think they have plenty of soldiers anyway with their population count. I don't doubt there are clones and even people that are presented looking like clones and most likely aren't.
