Block 1 Week 4: High-Bar Squats with HORRIBLE NECK PAIN.

I really had to push myself to do this session, hahaha. Every now and then, my neck and upper back muscles get super stiff and sore, and cause a lot of neck pain/discomfort (I think I really need to get new pillows, lol) I was planning on going for 150 Kgs as my Top Set, but I figured I shouldn't be too foolhardy in my current state, and go for a small 5 kg PR. I have lots of room to push with High-Bar squatting, so it's all good. As of posting this video, my neck is pretty much back to normal, so no worries.
