Saniya Sharma is a trained lawyer specializing in dispute resolution and international arbitration. She is the creator of Peoplenovate, a platform where she discusses people-centric issues at the workplace and challenges conventional narrativesthrough story-telling and her personal experience and knowledge. Born and raised in India, she studied at one of India’s most prestigious law schools, The National Law University, Delhi, and completed her law degree on a
scholarship. She has competed in international competitions such as the Oxford Intellectual Property Law Moot and ICC International Commercial Mediation
Competition, served as the Editor of the Journal of National Law University Delhi,  and graduated as a gold medalist, and an overall academic rockstar. She is self-made. Her job made her realize the importance of placing people first in the workplace. She wants to create emotionally intelligent workspaces that allow all employees to thrive and become the best version of themselves. She hopes that her platform will become a source of solutions that will help preserve the dignity of employees and unlock their potential through skill-based assessment, employee mentorship programs, and support systems for employees, and ensure a culture of compassion and nurture in companies.
