Nine Roman, Visigoth tombs unearthed during construction work in Barcelona

Archaeologists discovered nine Roman and Visigoth tombs during construction works and renovations on Via Laietana, Barcelona. The crew at the dig site carefully excavated the remains and made sketches of the findings. One of the team members said ‘it is very rewarding to find these remains and relate them to other discoveries,’ adding that ‘solving these puzzles is very important.’
