In this movement video you can use a half ball balance trainer or just a mat, or thick blanket, carpet or your bed. Keep your knees comfortable by using sliders or foam to rest them on. Follow along but listen to your body and don't push past your pain levels. Work within your limits and over time you will see progression and feel great! Share this with others who need movement.
Don't do this work if you have a fresh injury. Wait until you are in the healing phase.
