Delicious Indian Vegetable Pulao Recipe

Vegetable pulao

Ingredients

Oil - 2 tablespoons
Basmati rice - 1 cup cooked
Cardamom, clove, cinnamon, star anise and nutmeg mace - 1 each
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 1 sliced
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Potato, carrot - 1 each diced
Matter - 50 gms
Paneer - diced 100 gms
Curd - 3 tablespoons
Mint and coriander leaves - A handful each
Water - as required

Cooking Method

Pour oil into a pan and heat it. Add two cardamoms, half a nutmeg mace, two small pieces of cinnamon, star anise, two cloves and fry them. Then add two onions finely chopped,a tablespoon ginger, garlic and green chilli paste .After sauted well, add two chopped tomatoes. Now add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one tablespoon of chili powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder to it, add one potato, one carrot, three beans, 100 grams of chopped paneer, 50 grams of green peas, three tablespoons of curd and boil it with enough water and salt. A delicious vegetable pulao is ready after mixing it with chopped mint-coriander leaves and cooked basmati rice.
