Vegetable pulao ------------------------------------ Ingredients ------------- Oil - 2 tablespoons Basmati rice - 1 cup cooked Cardamom, clove, cinnamon, star anise and nutmeg mace - 1 each Onion - 1 finely chopped Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon Tomato - 1 sliced Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Potato, carrot - 1 each diced Matter - 50 gms Paneer - diced 100 gms Curd - 3 tablespoons Mint and coriander leaves - A handful each Water - as required Cooking Method ------------------- Pour oil into a pan and heat it. Add two cardamoms, half a nutmeg mace, two small pieces of cinnamon, star anise, two cloves and fry them. Then add two onions finely chopped,a tablespoon ginger, garlic and green chilli paste .After sauted well, add two chopped tomatoes. Now add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one tablespoon of chili powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder to it, add one potato, one carrot, three beans, 100 grams of chopped paneer, 50 grams of green peas, three tablespoons of curd and boil it with enough water and salt. A delicious vegetable pulao is ready after mixing it with chopped mint-coriander leaves and cooked basmati rice. Healthy organic curd at home recipe ----------------------------------------- Pour 250ml milk into a container(glass container preferred). Put three whole green chillies into it. close lid and keep it in a warm place for 12 to 14 hours. After that, remove green chillies from container and transfer only the curdled parts to another bowl(remaining water can be used at the time of marinating chicken. It will make chicken more juicier inside). mix well and add 3 tablespoon from that to a glass, steel or in a ceramic container or pot. Refrigerate remaining up to 2 weeks for future use. Pour 500ml of milk into it. Close lid and keep in a warm place for 12 hours. Enjoy the delicious and healthy curd at home.
