Collin Gow, C.N.C. goes foraging in Florida in endangered ecosystems of sandhill, scrub, pine flatwoods, and cutthroat seeps! He identifies and discusses wild, edible, native plants, lichens, and fungi and their botanical morphology, Native American uses, ethnomedicinal uses, biological actions, health benefits, and nutritional properties.
