Dehydrate Lemons for Your Spring/Summer Beverage

Dehydrating lemons is a great way to ensure that they last a long time. Slice them thin using a mandolin and dehydrate at 135 degrees until the lemons are completely dry. It took mine 9 1/2 hours to fully dry. Shake the canister once a day for a few days after dehydrating to condition them. You'll be able to see if any are sticking together and if you have any mold starting to show.
Enjoy these in Hot Tea, Cold Tea, or our favorite...Lemon Water. It's great all year round!!
