My Workout Routine As A Teen BodyBuilder
My workout schedule and routine as a teenage bodybuilder. As a young fitness enthusiast, I've learned a lot about the importance of consistency and dedication when it comes to building a strong, healthy body.
I'll be taking you through my typical week of training, which includes a combination of weightlifting and cardiovascular exercise. You'll also get a glimpse of some of the exercises I do to target specific muscle groups, such as my chest, back, legs, and arms.
