QUICK and EASY warm up for Pressing!

I use this quick shoulder warm up routine every session before I do my pressing movements; whether that be bench pressing, incline bench pressing, overhead pressing, etc. It's fast, simple, and very effective for warming up the shoulders before heavy pressing; loosening them up, and pumping them full of blood to get them primed, and most importantly, keep them healthy. Very important! I sincerely can not even remember the last time I have had any severe nagging shoulder issues, and this quick routine always gets my shoulders feeling good, and prevents any complications/pain. NEVER. SKIP. YOUR. WARM-UPS!
