God is always with you! (What does that mean?)

We know that God is always with us, and yet we wait and hope to have the power of God within us. That's messed up! Either one or the other is true, and since we know the first part is based off Scripture, what does that mean for our every day lives? What are we not understanding? What wrong thinking do we have that is limiting us from representing Christ as He is THROUGH us???
