Treat yourself to this satisfying and super tasty dish ready in under 15 minutes! The combination of garlic, maple sirup and orange juice with the right amount of salty will make your taste buds dance with joy.

What You Will Need: ( for 3-4 servings)
~ 2 lb fresh brussel sprouts
~ 1 medium onion
~ 3-4 cloves garlic
~ 1 orange
~ 1 Tbsp capares ( optional but recommended )
~ 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
~ 2 Tbsp maple sirup
~ salt to taste
~ extra virgin olive oil
