Had Mashed potatoes for dinner last night? Take the leftovers and make Traditional Polish Dumplings (kopytka) the sister of Italian gnocchi! This delicious dish can be made faster than calling for take out and leaves you with a satisfied stomach and no guilt.
What You Will Need:
~ 1 kg Mashed Potatoes ( best cooked the day before )
~ 1 egg
~ About half tsp. salt
~ about 2 cups all purpose flour ( preferably organic)

Wonderful one pot vegan take on risotto using super healthy buckwheat. No fuss, and very quick meal full of flavour and nutrients. Great for dinner and lunch box.
What you will need:
~ 2 cups buckwheat grouts
~ One medium sweet potato
~ One large onion
~ 5 Large cremini mushrooms
~ 2 cups of water or vegetable stalk
~ Salt, pepper, dried tarragon and chilli flakes

Nothing beats the aroma of freshly baked bread! No yeast just love❤️ #sourdoughbaking
No kneed super easy #sourdough loaf:
400g filtered water
100g sourdough starter
500g organic spelt flour
13g sea salt
Mixed and left to ferment for 16 hours. Placed in the bread pan for another 4 hours. Baked at 500F for 20 minutes than temperature lowered to 450F and baked for extra 25 minutes
