I was hoping to do at least 1 full windmill on day 3 but unfortunately it didn't happen. I think in order to progress I'll need to do another day this week so it's fresh. I did however find myself on my shoulders, with day 1 landing mostly on my hips, and day 2 on my back.
It's now a case of coordinating the hand position at the moment I end up on my shoulders and do the kick/thrust up movement. This is really technical as it's going from one very unusual position, going into another very difficult position, but timing the 2 of them perfectly.
After I succeed in windmills and backflips, I will incorporate them into a drum n bass rave video, and also do a how to on the process from start to finish. If I can do both by day 5, I will consider that a great success.
