One of the worst things in our society now that impacts our health are the new 5G towers which are constructed in secret everywhere. You might not see them but that doesnt mean they are not there in our communities. I’ve always been of the mind that a fever is our body’s natural way to fight infection; and will, generally, not treat a fever so long as the ailing seems to be managing. I do, however, like to give a fever reducer at bedtime so sleep and good rest can be had.

Word on the street is, there’s a Tylenol shortage. While we’re fairly well supplied, knowing there’s a shortage is all the motivation I need to begin preparing herbal alternatives. And likewise, it’s a good opportunity to make sure I have fever reducing herbs (and seeds for next season’s garden) stocked, now.

An Herbal ‘Tylenol’ Alternative Tincture

ingredients:

•a glass jar

•equal parts White Willow Bark, Yarrow, Elderflowers, & Feverfew herb

•Brandy or Vodka

Instructions:

1)Fill your jar to half full with equal parts of each herb.

2)Pour over Brandy or Vodka, filling jar.

3)Stir until well combined.

4)Cover jar with lid and leave sit in a cool, dark place for 6-8 weeks before straining and bottling liquid.

To use:

I would give 6-12 drops to my young children and 20-30 drops to us adults, up to 3 times a day, as needed.
