How to prepare cherry jam at home

600 grams of cherries
Clean the cherries
Grab the cherry kernels
Add 300 grams of sugar to the cherries
If you want to use less sugar and
the jam is a little sour and sweet,
mix 200 grams of sugar with cherries.
Refrigerate the cherries for 12 hours
Pour half a glass of water with the
rest of the sugar into the bowl
Boil for an hour on low heat
Remove the foam from the cherries
Combine half a teaspoon of citric acid with a little water
Add citric acid to the syrup
Turn off the flame when the cherry juice is slightly dry and thick
Cool to room temperature for one hour
Do not open the jam jar lid before use and keep it in the refrigerator
