Gangster John Gotti | Robin Hood Or Plain Hood?

John was becoming more of a celebrity because of his personality. Having managed to bribe the jury in numerous cases, he kept beating cases and was cheered as he left court. He was viewed as a type of Robin Hood figure and federal authorities were angered by his behaviour and the fact that he kept getting away from them. Eventually, authorities began wire-taping conversations which would prove to be the downfall of the family.
