3 Exercises to keep Lower Back strong

1) Superman: Requires SwissBall (mines 65cm). Lay on top of ball. Move opposite limbs at the same time. Hold for 30s-1m each side.

2) Horse Stance/BirdDog: Assume a four point stance with knees and hands on ground. Move opposite limbs at the same time into extension. Thumb points at ceiling. Belly is drawn in towards the spine to activate core. 10-20 reps each side OR hold 30s-1min

3) Cobra: Lye in a pronated position on the floor. Bring chest, knees, and hands off floor into extension. Hold position for 30s-1min
